By default, Debugging Messages should not appear in the logs; they are enabled by an App Property that is documented in “Chapter 11. App System Properties”.
If they are enabled, then to view the Debug Messages:
Within ServiceNow, search for Logs.
Select the System Logs > All option.
Filter the log messages via the following settings: Source: x_syncs_mf_sm
Message: DEBUG:
Run the Search to see the error logs for the scheduled job.
The messages that appear will be a detailed output of what the job is doing. This information is what Ironstream Support will need. See “Chapter 12. Contacting Support” for more guidelines.
