Configuring the Ironstream Mainframe Service Mapping credentials - ironstream_for_servicenow_service_mp - 1.1

1. In ServiceNow, identify or create a user with the following roles assigned:

• app_service_admin

• x_syncs_mf_sm.user

• x_evt_zos_info.user

2. Search for Ironstream Mainframe Service Mapping and then select Mainframe Service Mapping Credentials.

3. Select the existing record Ironstream.Service.Mapping.

4. Enter the required information for the ServiceNow user identified or created in step 1.

Note: Leave the Name field unchanged, it must display as Ironstream.Service.Mapping.

5. Save the changes to the credentials record.
