In the Ironstream Mainframe Service Mapping App, there are two properties that can be changed.
Both can be found by accessing the System Properties Table. This table requires the accessing user to have the Admin Role to change them.
To access them:
Within ServiceNow, in the Search field, enter sys_properties.list and press Enter. Note: This should bring you to the System Properties List View.
In the Application field, enter Ironstream Mainframe Service Mapping.
