New debug capability when capturing data about MQ environments
A new debug console command of F VP390,DEBUG OSI 64 will turn on extensive debug information when retrieving data about MQ environments. The information is written to the agent's SYSPRINT file. Turn it off again with a console command of F VP390,DEBUG OSI 0.
