If the ServiceNow instance is domain separated and the Discovery log is showing that Discovery started, and the "Started" and "Completed" fields are showing non-zero values but no data is showing in the ECC queue, and no other information is in the Discovery log then it may be that Discovery was run in a different domain than the current domain.
