Initializes the OSI subtask to respond to various requests for z/OS Operating System information and statistics.

Description
Use the OSINFO card to initialize a subtask which will accept command type 46 requests from the Ironstream client and perform the requested function. See the Ironstream Administation Guide for syntax of type 46 requests and the available options.
