Before you troubleshoot a particular problem you run into when installing, configuring, or using Ironstream, you should verify that your Ironstream environment is correctly installed and configured.
Correct installation and configuration of Ironstream ensures, among other things, that messages are processed correctly:
Message Generation: Messages are generated by the Ironstream system.
Message Interception: Messages are intercepted by the Ironstream event rules.
Message Browser: Messages appear in the OMi Event Browser in the form you expect.
