Use the Configuration Tool to verify that the Ironstream MCS service for the system is defined and active.
Check the status of the TCP/IP ports used to connect to the IBM i LPAR. For example, on Windows, if the default port 9000 is used, issue the command:
netstat -a | findstr "9000"
For correct operation, the port should be "Established".
Check the log files in the \log subdirectory of the Ironstream Integration Components installation path on Windows or the /var/opt/OV/log/vp400 subdirectory on Linux for any error messages.
