Upgrading Ironstream Hub - ironstream_for_elastic - ironstream_for_splunk - ironstream_for_kafka - Ironstream_Hub - 1.3

After upgrading the Hub (even by uninstall/fresh install), the browser pages can look corrupted or wrong. For example, when configuring a new target, the right-hand pop-up menu displays pipeline.File.Target and pipeline.HTTP.Target instead of the correct icon and text. Follow the steps below to solve this issue:

1. Click Create in the Hub Portal to enter the pipeline editor.
   Note: You do not need to enter any Source or Target information.
2. Press F12 to open the development tools.
3. On the top left, right-click the browser refresh icon.
4. Choose Empty cache and refresh from the list that appears.
