When you select the Diagnostic option, you will be presented with a simple form enabling you to specify which diagnostic information you want to download from the Hub server.
Configuration Directory: The configuration directory includes all the key configuration file that define how your Hub installation functions. Simply check the Yes or No option to determine whether the configuration files are included in the download.
Log Files: Select which of the log file options you wish to include in the download from the selection list.
- None: This is the default option and means that no log files will be included. Note: If the Configuration Directory is not included in the download file, then the None option for logs will not be available. A download must include either the configuration directory or logs.
- Current Hub Log Files: Selecting this option will include all current, unrolled log files (including “STDERR” logs) in the download.
- All Hub Log Files: Selecting this option will include all (i.e. current and archived/rolled) log files from the three Hub Services, as well as any “STDERR” logs, in the download.
- All Log Files: Selecting this option will include the complete contents of the log directory in the download file, including any user data files.
