Start the EVSBS subsystem using one of these commands:

CALL EVIEW/EVINIT

or

STRSBS EVIEW/EVSBS

If the installation is an upgrade from a previous version then the EVSBS subsystem will use the existing defined port number, otherwise it will use the TCP/IP port number specified in the EVINSTALL.
