The Configuration Tool attempts to make connections to Hub at regular intervals, to retrieve Pipeline information. The Configuration tool will log errors when Hub is not running, to inform that the information can’t be retrieved. These errors indicate that the Configuration Tool is working as expected, but that the Hub service needs to be started.
