AdminWithBilling

This is the primary account owner and is the account that is created at sign up.

  • Can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the account.
  • Manages billing information that includes the contact and credit card information.
  • View invoices.
  • Add or remove secondary users.
  • Perform tax rate lookups.

FinanceAdmin

This is the secondary account owner that is created to provide a backup for the management of the payment information and invoice tracking. Up to three users are allowed for this role.

  • Manages billing information that includes the contact and credit card information.
  • View invoices.
  • Add or remove secondary users.
  • Perform tax rate lookups.

Admin

This is a secondary account that is created by the AdminWithBilling or FinanceAdmin.

  • Add or remove secondary users.
  • Perform tax rate lookups.

This is a secondary account that is created by the AdminWithBilling, FinanceAdmin or Admin.
