Writes the property list to a file or a character string.
Syntax
GsFunStat GsPropListWrite(PropList* pProps, gs_cont_str
outfile, pstr pBuffer,
intsu bufLen);
Arguments
pProps Pointer to property list structure. Input.
outfile File containing the list properties, or NULL. Output.
pBuffer String buffer to write to outfile is NULL. Output.
bufLen Length of pBuffer (writing should not exceed bufLen). Input.

GS_SUCCESS

Notes
If the outfile argument value is "stdout", then this function writes the properties to standard out. If the outfiles argument is NULL, then this function writes the properties to the pBuffer string.
