Addition of formats to the deliverables:

An SQL dump for PostGIS has been added, which allows you to load all the data via a single command in a postgres database environment with PostGIS extension. For more information about installing the FRANCIEMES for PostGIS, refer the file Installer_VersionSQL_PourPOSTGIS.txt in the DOCUMENTATION folder.

A SAS (non-geographical) format has been added for the use of statistical processing of the IRIS Table d’Appartenance Géographique des IRIS (TAGI).
All data complies with the Official Geographical Code 2024:
24 municipalities merged to form 11 new municipalities between January 2, 2023 and January 1, 2024. Conversely, 3 municipalities (Beaumont-les-Nonains in the Oise and L'Oie and Sainte-Florence in the Vendée) have left the perimeter of a new municipality to go back to their former municipality’s boundaries.
The IRIS 2024 now includes the division of the Overseas Collectivities (St Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Martin and Barthelemy ((pseudo department code 975, 977 and 978) and the Pacific Overseas Territories (all in municipal division with pseudo department code 98).
In total, the IRIS COG 2024 map, distinct IRIS codes and contours, has 49501 records (versus 49418 COG 2023 versus 49413 COG 2022 versus 49422 at COG 2021 and 49409 at COG 2020).
