While building your Analysis, you can run test executions from within the Analysis Designer.

The Execution Parameters dialog is displayed if execution parameters have been defined on your analysis.
Click the Run button to execute the analysis with the defined parameters.

The Execution Parameters dialog is displayed, showing only the values that you have added in this session for testing.
Testing an analysis will manipulate data fields as specified in each designer node. These manipulations will appear in each node's sheet to illustrate what will happen each time the Analysis is executed.
To apply these changes to the Analysis, choose Accept Changes on the relevant nodes.

Save an analysis
Select the Save list to access two options for saving your analysis:

Click Save Definition and Data to save the Analysis definition and the sample data associated with each node.

Click Save Definition Only to save only the Analysis definition, and not the sampled data associated with each node. Saving only the definition and not the sampled data can be useful if you want to reduce load time when editing the Analysis again.
Cancel an analysis edit
When editing an analysis, you can reset your edit by clicking the Cancel button.
Selecting the Cancel button will reset your analysis editing to the initial state, or to the most recently saved stage.
