Complete the following steps to activate your Data360 DQ+ account.
- Click the Register for an account link on the log in screen.
- Enter your personal credentials and your organization's Tenant ID. The Tenant ID is likely to be the name of your company. Please confirm this with your system administrator.
After completing the registration form, you will receive a Welcome to Data360 DQ+ email containing a link.
Tip: If you have trouble finding the activation email, check your Spam folder. - Click the link to activate your account.
- Ensure that your account has been "claimed".
If you are unable to log into Data360 DQ+, your account may not yet be claimed by your administrator. This can occur if you created your user account before your administrator created it in the admin system. If necessary, ask your system administrator to claim your account. Administrators can claim accounts by selecting Users from the Admin menu.
- Log out of Data360 DQ+ and log back in.
- Ensure that you have access to an environment within Data360 DQ+.
The first time that you successfully log in you may not have access to an Environment if your administrator has not yet granted you access to an Environment. If this is the case, you will only have access to Data360 DQ+'s Home Screen. If necessary, ask your administrator to add you to an environment group and grant that environment group access to an environment.
Logging in with Enterprise SSO
If your organization has configured Enterprise SSO, you can log into Data360 DQ+ without having to enter your user name and password, provided that you are already logged in to your organization's network.
- Ensure that you are logged in to your organization's network.
- Navigate to the Data360 DQ+ log in screen.
- Click the Enterprise SSO link.
- Enter your organization's Tenant ID.
Account passwords
Changing your password
On systems that are not using automated login via Enterprise SSO, you are required to change your password every ninety days. This is enforced at login time, if ninety days have passed since the last time a password was changed.
When changing your password, it cannot be the same as your four previously used passwords.
To change your password, navigate to your Profile page, and click Change Password.
Account locking
After five consecutive failed log in attempts, your account will be locked.
To unlock your account, click the Forgot your password? link and follow the series of prompts that appear.
Why do I need a secret question?
The answer to this question is used to help verify your identity when resetting your password.
