Schedules that you have created, or schedules that have been shared with you, are listed in the document list of the relevant My Documents or Public Documents folder in the Directory.

Additionally, the Schedules collection gives a centralized view of all schedules that are available on the system which you have access to view. The Schedules collection allows you to quickly identify schedules that have completed a run, failed to run or are still in progress. If you are interested in a specific schedule, you can search it by name.

  1. Select the Schedules collection on the left of the screen.

All available schedules that you have access to view are listed. Any disabled schedules are shown in gray.

  2. To search for a specific schedule, type the name of the schedule in the search bar.

The list of schedules is filtered to show only those schedules that include the typed text in their name.

Note: The search is case sensitive.
  3. Select a schedule from the list.

Details of the selected schedule are shown in the details panel on the right of the screen, including frequency and next run information.

You will also see a list of Scheduled Data Flows that are associated with the selected schedule. For each data flow, you can choose to View Details or Open from the menu to the right of the list item.

Click Open to view the data flow.

Click View Details to open the Scheduled Data Flow Details dialog which lists the run properties used to execute the data flow.

  4. Click the Runs tab to view a list of runs for the selected schedule.

For each run, you can choose to View Details or Open. You can also choose to Delete completed runs, if you have the required permissions.

Click Open to view the run, see Viewing runs.

Click View Details to open the Run Details dialog, listing the data flow, schedule, run information and run property values for the next scheduled run.

If your schedule contains a chain of data flows, select the data flow that you want to review from the Data Flow list. Note that a schedule run is considered to have failed if any of the data flow runs has failed.

Tip: Click the Refresh button at the top of the page to ensure that you have the latest schedule and run information.

You can edit and delete schedules, as follows:
