Note: If your user profile was imported from an external LDAP/AD system, you will not be able to change your password within Data360 Analyze.

If you are a local user (that is, your user account was created by an administrator in Data360 Analyze rather than being imported from LDAP/AD), you can change your password as follows:

  1. Click your username in the top right corner of the screen to open the Account menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
    Note: This option is not available for LDAP/AD or SSO users.
    In the Change Password dialog, type your Current Password then enter your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields.
  3. Click Done.

    Use your new password the next time you sign in to Data360 Analyze.
