You can upload, move and download data files within the Directory view. You can also upload or download data files when working with data flows and nodes in the Designer.
In Data360 Analyze data files are stored in data collections in the Directory.
You can view and work with any files that are stored in a data collection to which you have the required permissions. Users with the required permissions to access the data collection and file system can work with these data files to easily collaborate with you.
Many of the Input Connector nodes allow you to import data into your data flow from a file. You can:
- Select multiple files to upload. Only supported file types are displayed for you to select.
- Upload and extract .zip file archives. Note that there is no support for extracting from password protected archives.
- Rename or delete files from the upload list.
Users with only the "User" or "Reviewer" user roles do not have access to upload or download data files. Access to the upload and download functionality for other user roles is dependent on your assigned permissions.

Delete uploaded files

If you are deleting files from public folders on the server, check first that other users are not still using them.
