If you are an administrator, you can schedule the deletion of temporary data related to interactive runs. Interactive runs are created by a user when they run or re-run nodes as they build and test their data flows. This does not apply to runs created by schedules or by the Execute Data Flow node.

  1. From the Directory, select Settings > Runs.
  2. To remove temporary data associated with interactive runs, select Cleanup interactive runs. If this option is not selected, all temporary data is retained.
  3. Specify the duration that you want to keep temporary interactive run data. When Cleanup interactive runs is selected, the default retention period is 35 days.
  4. Choose whether you want to remove temporary data only, or whether you also want to remove run state information.

When enabled, the cleanup will run every day at midnight.
