If you are an administrator, you can schedule the deletion of temporary data related to interactive runs. Interactive runs are created by a user when they run or re-run nodes as they build and test their data flows. This does not apply to runs created by schedules or by the Execute Data Flow node.
- From the Directory, select Settings > Runs.
- To remove temporary data associated with interactive runs, select Cleanup interactive runs. If this option is not selected, all temporary data is retained.
- Specify the duration that you want to keep temporary interactive run data. When Cleanup interactive runs is selected, the default retention period is 35 days.
- Choose whether you want to remove temporary data only, or whether you also want to remove run state information.
