Context Real Estate Inventory is derived from public records and provides a snapshot of the properties that make up a neighborhood, from median tax rate, average year that properties were built, to property types and occupancy.
Context Real Estate Inventory data is available with the following polygon products:
- Neighborhood Boundaries
- Residential Boundaries
- ZIP Code Boundaries
Real Estate Inventory data and geographies are linked by IDs. A universal Context ID links to a polygon ID. The following table illustrates how these IDs map to each other:
