If you will be using Connect for Big Data sort acceleration for all jobs running in the cluster, you will need to have configured all nodes in the cluster as described in Set Properties Cluster-Wide. Then run your hadoop job as follows:
hadoop jar <jar_file> [dmx_optional_parameters] [command_options]
