Usage
You can use joins to combine columns from multiple tables in the same unidirectional Copy, Replication, or Synchronization request from a secondary table. This allows you to use fields from the “secondary” tables in expressions.
Syntax
CREATE JOINED TABLE AT [SERVER] servername TARGET fulltablename
FROM fulltablename
or
ALTER JOINED TABLE AT [SERVER] servername TARGET fulltablename
FROM fulltablename TO
target-column-name :
source-column-name, …
;
or
DELETE JOINED TABLE
AT SERVER servername TARGET tartablename FROM sortablename
;
Example
-- RSL SERVER (goodman) joined table definitions
-- RSL JOINED TABLE ricks.qadba.CLAIMS-JOINS-ricks.qadba.BEHTABLE1 definition.
CREATE JOINED TABLE AT SERVER goodman
TARGET ricks.qadba.BEHTABLE1
FROM ricks.qadba.CLAIMS
TBL1_KEY1:SETTLEMENT_AMOUNT,TBL1_KEY2:POLICY_DEDUCTIBLE;
-- RSL JOINED TABLE ricks.qadba.CLAIMS-JOINS-ricks.wmlrvg.CLIENTS definition
CREATE JOINED TABLE AT SERVER goodman
TARGET ricks.wmlrvg.CLIENTS
FROM ricks.qadba.CLAIMS
RECTYPE:CLAIM_TYPE,POLICY_NO:POLICY_NO,FULLNAME:DRIVER_INVOLVED;
-- RSL JOINED TABLE ricks.qadba.CLAIMS-JOINS-ricks.qadba.CLAIMS90 definition
