Fix is to
1) introduce property in cdc_connect.properties - kernel.common.http.connect.timeout.secs which by default is 2 minutes and used when HTTP initiates connection
2) if CyberArk is not available, instead of logging into DB with null password, issue an alert and stop the kernel
