Start or restart Connect CDC Listener. Connect CDC Listener is a TCP/IP service installed on each Connect CDC host that directs incoming and outgoing Connect CDC communication at that host. Connect CDC Listener also starts and maintains communication with the kernel.
This process should have started as part of Connect CDC installation and continue without interruption.
