For Oracle, IBM i, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL servers, Connect CDC supports JDBC encryption, which encrypts communication with database servers using, in priority order, the AES256, AES192, or AES128 encryption algorithm.
You can enable JDBC Encryption for Oracle database communication using the server properties option alone. For Microsoft SQL Server, IBM i, and PostgreSQL servers, you need to configure the client.
