Keep in mind the following before you work with MS SQL Server CDC:

Ensure that the SQL Server agent is running. The SQL Server agent runs a capture job (if captured is enabled) on a database.

If the SQL Server agent is running, but no data is being captured, restart the SQL Server agent.
