By default, Connect CDC MonCon opens with the Request View to monitor the data movement request(s) at the source and the target:
You see the following tree structure in the Requests section:
- request
- distribution
- target table mapping
- target table mapping
...
- database server
- source table
- source table
...
If you select a request, distribution, target table mapping, or database server, you get the menu options appropriate for a request. If you select a source table, then you get the options for a source table such as enable/disable capture (for Synchronization and Replication requests), selective start (for Copy and Synchronization requests).
