This checklist covers the tasks required to prepare the operating environment and configure the VSAM Log Capture Agent. Before beginning these tasks however, the base Connect CDC (SQData) product must be installed. Refer to the Connect CDC (SQData) Installation Guide for an overview of the entire product and the z/OS installation instructions and prerequisites.
Each of these steps are described in detail in the VSAM z/OS Capture reference.
