The JCL configured previously in sample member SQDAEMON can be used to start the Controller Daemon.
Note: Once the Controller Daemon has been started, Implementing changes made to any of the Controller Daemon's configuration files (acl.cfg, sqdagents.cfg, nacl.auth.keys) can be accomplished using the SQDMON Utility reload command without killing and re-starting the Controller Daemon.
z/OS Console commands that may also be issued, with the proper authority include:
