You can approve or reject solution and data files, or you can assign the files to a different reviewer.

When someone assigns a submission to you for review, Studio sends you a notification email message. You can review the solution and data file tasks on the Evolve site, and you can review the solution tasks in Studio 20.3.

Approve, reject, or reassign solution files in Evolve

  1. Open Evolve.
  2. Click Tasks.
  3. Select the task and click next to the Actions column.
  4. In the Action list, click Approved, Rejected, or Reassigned.
  5. If you clicked Reassigned, choose a reviewer from the Reviewer list, and click Reject task. You can add a comment to explain why you have approved, rejected, or reassigned the solution.
  6. Complete the task by clicking Approve, Reject, or Reassign.
  7. For more information about the solution, click Review Required. You may also approve, reject, or reassign the solution task from here.  If you are approving a Query solution and you think that the query will require more resources, change the System Usage Level.
