Create a new Reference Data list

  1. From the Data Set panel, select Reference Data.
  2. For mapping the query fields to reference data List, click Add Columns or click Auto Map.
  3. Click Save and select the Reference data library (if there are multiple libraries available).
  4. Provide the solution name (the default name is displayed).
  5. Click OK.
  6. Run the query to fetch the data in the Reference Data list from SAP.
Note:

 For non-production servers, data is saved in the Reference Data list using the Test button. This reference data list is available in Evolve at Solutions>Library name of reference data list >Select the Reference data list> View data.

Use the existing Reference Data list

  1. From the Data Set panel, select Reference Data.
  2. Import the Reference data scheme, click Folder, and select the library.
  3. You may create a new reference data solution or choose from the available solutions.
  4. Click OK
  5. Map the query fields with Reference Data list columns.
  6. Run the query to fetch the data in the Reference Data list from SAP.
Note:

 The data in the Reference data list is available in Evolve at Solutions>Library name of reference data list>Select the Reference data list>View data.
