To ensure success, please use the same Windows User Profile to download and install Studio.

After the .zip file is downloaded, you are ready to install Studio.

Note: For best results, be sure that only one version of Microsoft Office is installed on your computer when you are using Studio. Earlier versions of Office programs may interfere with Studio functionality. If you are running 32-bit Office, consider changing to a 64-bit Office installation or adding memory for optimal performance.

You can install Studio from a single .exe file or from an .msi file, and you can install it either directly or from the command line. You can also do a network installation, using SCCM or PsExec.

Note: If customer is using any custom policy for their Windows Defender or antivirus software, then for successful installation of Automate software, they may need to add Automate installers to whitelist for their defender / antivirus.

  • For successful installation of the Automate software, you may need to add Automate installers to the whitelist if you are using a custom policy for your Windows Defender or antivirus software.

  • The Windows language settings should be as per the respective OS. Please make sure the Windows Display Language and preferred Language should be Japanese in case of Japanese Locale. Refer to support article here.
