The Manage Templates page includes templates for all libraries where you have originatorpermission. There is one type of template: Excel Templates.
- Forms Templates (Form Solution Libraries)
- Excel Templates (Standard or Custom Solution Libraries)
- Drafts
Forms templates
Form Solution library templates for which you have originator permission are on the Forms Templates page. On this page, you can:
- View and launch Forms and create Form drafts to be routed at a later time.
- Mark templates as favorites, which will mean they appear at the top of the page.
Form templates: Grid View and List View
You can switch between a Form template Grid View and List View.
In the grid view, Form templates are displayed in tiles – with Solution and Library names included on each tile. Click on the tiles to launch the associated form.
In the list view, the Form templates are displayed in a table. You can apply filters to this table. The list view includes the following details for each Form template:
- Name
- Description
- Creation Date
- Actions (Launch Form)
Excel templates
Transaction, Query (“Standard”) and Custom Solution library templates for which you have originator permission are on the Excel Templates page. On this page, you can:
- View and download Transaction, Query and Custom Solution library templates and submit them as documents.
- Mark templates as favorites, which will mean they appear at the top of the page.
Excel templates: Grid View and List View
You can switch between an Excel template Grid View and List View.
In the grid view, Excel templates are displayed in tiles – with Solution and Library names included on each tile. Click on a tile to download the Excel template and submit it as a document.
In the list view, the Excel templates are displayed in a table. You can apply filters on this table. The list view includes the following details for each Excel template:
- Title
- Type
- Library Name
- Description
- Creation Date
- Download Link
Drafts
As an App Admin or Global Admin, you can view Form Solution library drafts for which you have originator permission. End users, however, can view only those drafts they created. On the Drafts page, you can view and open drafts in order to route them.
Drafts: Grid View and List View
You can switch between a Drafts Grid View and List View.
In the grid view, Drafts are displayed in tiles – with Solution and Library names included on each tile. Click on a tile to open a draft.
You can click on the icon to perform these actions:
- Copy a Draft
- Delete a Draft
- Edit a Description
In the list view, Drafts are displayed in a table. You can apply filters on this table. The list view includes the following details for each Draft:
- Name
- Description
- Creation Date
- Actions:
- Launch Draft
- Copy Draft
- Delete Draft
- Edit Description
