Global Admins and App Admins can define the archiving strategy for the User App.

From the Calendar view, double click a job to initiate the following:

- Edit the job.
- Cancel the job.
- Schedule new jobs with the assigned properties.

Schedule an Archive job
To set the archiving, User App Admins navigate to the desired app and select Calendar.
From the Calendar page, User App Admins can add a new job for archiving. To do this, define the following parameters:
- Time to Live - All data older than the period specified here is archived (example of a time period: seven days). This does not apply to older processes which have not yet been completed.
- Schedule - Determines when the archive job is run and scanned for data that meets the time-to-live criteria.
As determined by the schedule, Archive Data jobs appear in the calendar and can then be edited and/or deleted from the interface.
Schedule a Purge Obsolete Workflow Solutions job
The Calendar page includes the current schedule of the various system jobs which are scheduled to run. You can switch to Grid View to see the job frequency and the time at which jobs are scheduled to run.
From the Calendar view, you can double click a job to view job details. App Admins cannot make changes to system jobs available on the admin app; they can only view the jobs.
Use the Purge Obsolete Workflow Solutions job to purge older versions of Transaction and Query solutions. Any Transaction or Query solution version for which there is no running process in the system will be deleted from the system. This is designed to clear unused solution versions from the memory.
If a solution is archived, the process associated with it is no longer considered an active or "live" process. If all processes for a solution have been archived, that solution can be purged from the system.
If a draft with an older version of the solution is saved, the following will occur when you run the purge job: the draft and that version of the solution will be deleted.
