On the Options page, Global Admins can manage Workflow Configuration Options (also known as "keys").

Note:

 Not all configuration options are applicable to Studio Manager. For a list of Evolve configuration options, see the Configuration Options Table.

On this page, Global Admins can:

  • Add configuration options
  • View configuration options
  • Edit configuration options
  • Delete configuration options

Add configuration options

To add configuration options:

  1. Go to the Admin App.
  2. Open the Settings page and then go to the Workflow tab.
  3. The Options page will include the configuration options in table format.
  4. Click Add at the top of the table.
  5. In the side panel that opens, enter the key name, the Assign To (Global/AppName/SolutionName) entry, and the value.
  6. Click Add and Save.
  7. You will receive a confirmation message noting the option has been added.

View configuration options

To view configuration options:

  1. Go to the Admin App.
  2. Open the Settings page and then go to the Workflow tab.
  3. The Options page will include the configuration options in table format.
  4. Click the + sign to view the values added for an option.
  5. The values added for the key will be displayed, and the following configuration option properties will be noted:
    1. Assigned to
    2. Value
    3. Type
    4. Scope
    5. Description

Edit configuration options

To edit configuration options:

  1. Go to the Admin App.
  2. Open the Settings page and then go to the Workflow tab.
  3. The Options page will include the configuration options in table format.
  4. Select the option you need to edit and click Edit.
  5. In the side panel that opens, click Edit.
  6. Update the value and click Save.
  7. You will receive a confirmation message noting that the value has been edited.

Delete configuration options

To delete configuration options:

  1. Go to the Admin App.
  2. Open the Settings page and then go to the Workflow tab.
  3. The Options page will include the configuration options in table format.
  4. Check the check box next to the option you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete at the top of the table, and Yes to confirm.
  6. You will receive a confirmation message noting that the option has been deleted.
