As a Global Administrator, you can customize the look and feel of Evolve by introducing company-specific elements, including:

  • Company Logo/Header Logo
  • Application Name
  • Theme
  • Header and Text Colors

Branding - Process

  1. Go to Settings > Branding.
  2. Update the following according to your preferences:
    Element Description

    Header Logo

This appears as the logo on the header. Click the  icon under the Header Logo area on the left of the screen. Upload an image (100 KB; 198px X 198px) in .jpg, .gif, .svg, or .png file formats.

Or, add a title for the app in the App Title textbox. This title cannot be more than 60 characters in length, and will appear as Header Text rather than as a logo.

    Company Logo

This appears as the logo on the left pane below the header. Click the  icon under the Company Logo area on the left of the screen. Upload an image (100 KB; 198px X 198px) in .jpg, .gif, .svg, or .png file formats.

    Theme

This changes the overall look of the user interface. Select from the default options, Light or Dark. You can preview your selection in the Preview pane on the page.

    Primary Color

This appears on the top header. Click the color box in the Primary Color row and select a color by clicking on it. You can also enter the color values for the following color formats by clicking the  icon: Red, Green, Blue, Alpha (RGBA), Hue-Saturation-Lightness-Alpha (HSLA), and HEX.

    Secondary Color

This appears on the links, button backgrounds, and icons. Click the color box in the Secondary Color row and select a color by clicking on it. You can also enter the color values for the following color formats by clicking the  icon: Red, Green, Blue, Alpha (RGBA), Hue Saturation-Lightness-Alpha (HSLA), and HEX.

    Primary Text Color

This appears on the top header text. You can choose Black or White.

    Secondary Text Color

This appears as the general body text color. You can choose Black or White.

    Note:

If you select a dark button color, white text is recommended. And if you select a light button color, black text is recommended.

  3. Preview your changes in the Preview pane.
  4. Click Save. You will be notified that your changes have been saved successfully, and the changes will come into effect almost immediately for you. Other users and admins will see the changes only after they log out and log back into the application.
  5. Note that from the Branding page, you can choose to reset to the default setting at any time.
