The Manage Apps page includes all apps created in the Studio Manager set up.

From this page, you can do the following:

View apps

  1. Go to the Studio Manager home page.
  2. Click the Apps menu to open the Manage Apps page. This page includes all apps created in the Studio Manager set up.

The following information is available for each app:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Admin
  • Actions
    1. Configure Apps
    2. Create Connections for Apps

Add new apps

  1. Go to the Studio Manager home page.
  2. Click the Apps menu to open the Manage Apps page.
  3. Click the App button at the top of the page. A side panel will open.
  4. Enter the following information in the side panel:
    Name Name of the app.
    Description Purpose of the app.
    Administrators Users you designate as Administrators for this app; you can designate one or more. App Admins can manage apps and all content within each app.
    Query Data Dictionary Admin Users you designate as Query Data Dictionary Admins for this app; you can designate more than one. Query Data Dictionary Admins can edit and upload data dictionaries. They can also search and add tables to the SAP data dictionary.

Edit apps

  1. Go to the Studio Manager home page.
  2. Click the Apps menu to open the Manage Apps page.
  3. Select the app you need to edit.
  4. Click the Edit button at the top of the page. A side panel will open.
  5. You can edit the following information in the side panel:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Administrator
    • System Runner
    • Query Data Dictionary Admin

Delete apps

  1. Go to the Studio Manager home page.
  2. Click the Apps menu to open the Manage Apps page.
  3. Select the app you need to delete.
  4. Click the Delete button at the top of the page.
  5. When prompted, confirm the app deletion.
    Note:

    Deleting an app moves it to the Recycle Bin. Global Administrators can restore apps at any time. When apps are restored, all contents within them are also restored.
