- User not able to login to Studio Administrator site using customer IDP Authentication from Application Tiles.
- A valid corporate email address is required for setting up a user. If a user cannot access the welcome email, there is no other way of getting the users activation link.
- For customers who may have multiple business entities with different sets of Automate licenses, they must all use the same authentication, either SSO or email/password. Different Automate Studio Administrator accounts with the same email domain and different authentication settings is not currently allowed.
- For SSO configuration, the system does not send a notification email out if any
of the provided configuration details are incorrect. You need to create a
support ticket for client Id or client secret correction.
