Automate content set for v20.3 now available in French, German, Japanese, and Spanish

The Automate content for version 20.3 is now also available in French, German, Japanese, and Spanish. This update gives you a more localized experience.

To access the content in your desired language, select the language from the Filters dropdown in the "Search across all content" text box, which is available on every page in the Help Center.

  • The documents from different Solutions that are created by different users can be viewed on a single page using Document Explorer. User can also see solution fields (common to solutions used in the Document explorer view) and can view process and version history as well.
  • Challenge on Approval for Excel workflow, it provides an option that prompts to enter credential on task approval/completion from both Excel admin and Evolve site.
  • Description can be added for any document or file that is attached via method DMS (Document Management System).

  • The migration of scripts with round trip scenarios (having Query and Transaction scripts) and template having more than one published solution is now supported using the Script Migration Utility.

  • Evolve admin can now restrict the throughput (number of rows returned by a query) of Query Web service.

    A new Workflow Configuration option MaxFormQryDataDownload has been implemented with a scope at Solution level and default value as 10,000 (which means query cannot return more than 10,000 records). This configuration option is present by default from Evolve version 20.3 onwards and is applicable on both upgrade and fresh installation. In case, user needs to change the default value (increase or decrease the default limits). This can be done by setting the config key MaxFormQryDataDownload to desired value.
