When the Assure Security product is installed, the product user profile, which has the same name as the installation library, and the SEOWNER user profile are created. (The default name of the installation library is SECOPS.) These user profiles are created with an initial menu of *SIGNOFF and are disabled so they cannot be used to sign on to the system. The special authorities for these profiles are:

  • The SEOWNER profile is *USER class and does not require special authorities.

  • The SECOPS or library-named profile is *USER class and requires these special authorities: *ALLOBJ, *AUDIT, *JOBCTL, *IOSYSCFG, *SECADM, and *SERVICE.
