To determine which ports are currently in use on the Windows system, do the following:

From the command line type: netstat -an  

The port numbers in use are displayed. If port numbers 8410, 8411, and 8412 are in use by another job or application, use the instructions in Changing the port for the Assure UI server - AIX.
