If the Assure UI server is installed on an IBM i platform, do the following:
Ensure that the QHTTPSVR subsystem is active.
On a command line, enter the following:
WRKACTJOB JOB(VSISVR)
Do one of the following:
If the VSISVR job is not found, start the Assure UI server. See Starting the Assure UI server - IBM i.
If the VSISVR job is active, check the log files in the IFS for the problem. See Troubleshooting with log files.
