There are many reasons why actions may not be available:
In the Home folder, the authority assigned to a user profile determines what actions are visible to that user. Only pre-defined actions for the user’s authority level are visible.
The Assure UI portal or a portal application will not display an action for an item when the action is not appropriate.
In interfaces for portal applications deployed on the Assure UI portal, security on the native user interface may affect the ability to perform an action. For example:
Actions on the License Summary window in the Assure UI portal may also be affected by the product level security settings of License Manager on the System i nodes to which you connect.
Actions in the MIMIX portal application may be affected by the product level security settings for the product on the System i nodes within an instance.
If necessary, contact your Assure Unified Interface administrator or the product’s administrator.
