All actions taken by the Assure UI portal are logged as activities in the Subscription Activity portlet. The activities remain available for the amount of time the Assure UI administrator specified for retention in the Policies portlet on the Administration page.
The status icon and text displayed in the Activity column indicate whether the event action failed or succeeded. Activities that failed to send emails can include information returned from the SMTP server about the problem.
To view an activity, select the Details action for the activity in the Subscription Activity portlet on the Subscriptions page.
