When a subscription is created, a set of events are automatically added to it. Those events are considered best practice to monitor by the product.
Use this procedure to add any optional events to a subscription or to add an event you previously removed from a subscription.
Do the following from the Subscriptions page:
Select the subscription from the Subscriptions portlet.
Select the Add action from the toolbar of the Subscribed Events portlet.
The Add Event dialog lists the available events that can be added. Flyover help for each event provides details about what the event checks. Select the events you want and click OK.
