The Assure Unified Interface is installed and registered as a service and appears in the operating system’s Services window and service properties dialog. When installing the Assure UI server on Windows, the wizard allows you to choose whether the service is automatically started with Windows.
Version 10.0 of the Assure Unified Interface can only be installed on a 64-bit Windows® operating system. Assure UI server software and product portal applications are stored on the system in the following location:
C:\Program Files\VisionSolutions\http\vsisvrWhen upgrading to version 10.0 of the Assure Unified Interface, if VSP 3.1 is installed in \Program Files (x86)\VisionSolutions\http\vsisvr, the installation wizard will delete VSP from the (x86) path up to and including the \VisionSolutions folder.
Portal applications are stored and deployed from this system location:
C:\Program Files\VisionSolutions\http\deploy
