Home folder - When you log in, you see the Home folder. The Home folder is specific to the Assure UI portal and is always the first folder listed in the navigation area. The Home folder has the following pages:
Home page contains portlets for adding portal connections and instances. It also shows the highest-level status of each instance.
Subscriptions page contains portlets for setting up and managing subscriptions. Through subscriptions to an instance, the portal can keep you and others informed about events that occur in the instance when you aren’t logged into the portal.
Support page contains portlets that show what portal applications are installed in the Assure UI server and provides links to important areas of the Precisely web site, such as Support and the Precisely University.
Administration page is available only when you have logged in as Assure UI administrator. Here, the administrator can set up policies and functions for use by multiple products.
My Folder - This folder appears in the navigation area directly below the Home folder. Here you can create customized views of your enterprise with portlets from multiple products or multiple instances. My Folder ships with one page, My Page. You can also add pages.
Instance folders - For each product instance that is configured, a portal folder is created with a default set of portal pages. Each page has a set of portlets on it. The portlets on these pages cannot be removed, and additional portlets cannot be added.
Summary page is the first page you see when you select the instance. The summary page shows any issues that need to be resolved for the instance.
Product-specific pages are designed to assist you with a specific task. For example, Assure MIMIX has an Audits page with several portlets that assist you with audit-related tasks.
