Flyover help (also called tool tips) is available for most status icons, abbreviated column headings, truncated fields, and other fields where additional information may be useful. For example, flyover help for a Data Group name shows the three-part data group name and direction of replication.

To see flyover help, place your mouse over the item and then wait a moment for the tool tip to appear.

Help mode  is one of the modes supported by a portlet. When help is available for a portlet, the help mode icon appears in the title bar of the portlet. Clicking on that icon replaces the portlet contents with help specific to that portlet. When in help mode, you have access to additional links into the help system.

Click on the View mode icon to return to the main portlet content.

Help in windows is displayed by clicking on the help  icon located in the top, right corner of the window. The help system opens in a separate window.

Help in dialogs is displayed by clicking on the "Help" button at the bottom of the dialog. The help system opens in a separate window.

Welcome Tour is displayed when you log in to the Assure UI portal or when selected from the Instance Status portlet. The tour provides information and tips about using the portal. You can prevent the tour from displaying automatically when logging in by selecting the “Do not show this tour again” option before closing the tour. It is always available from the toolbar in the Instance Status portlet.

Did You Know? window is displayed from the Instance Status portlet. This window provides information and links to videos about functions and features offered in the Assure UI portal.
